​The weather plays a significant role when it comes to maintaining your property. As we began to expand our services, we witnessed first hand how much the weather affected our efficiency and the longevity of our results. To guarantee long lasting results, we've aligned our services to the seasons that compliment them. We always have specials running for services requested in the appropriate seasons. Our year-round service plan members have benefited by booking us in the season that best compliments the specific service. Even though we will try to accommodate any service request at any time, for the best results, we recommend that service calls be made in their respective orders and suitable seasons.

Spring

MID MARCH - MID JUNE 
                   It's cleaning season! Winter is over and we want your property to declare that spring is finally here! We want to get rid of all the leaves, sticks, mold & mildew the gloomy winter brought with it. We recommend doing any exterior cleaning, Staining and painting during this time. We want to be outside just as much as you do! so we offer discounts to our maintenance plan members that book us for exterior services during the spring & fall seasons. 

1 ROOF CLEANING 
Its recommended to have your roof cleaned every 2 to 4 years. Has your roof been covered with snow during winter? are you noticing black or greenish streaks on it, especially on the Northern face? Roofers want you to believe that this means its time for a new roof. However, what your looking at is a roof algae, 'Gloeocapsa magma' to be exact. This algae feeds on the limestone in your asphalt shingles, ultimately weakening them. We can safely and affordably remove it off of your roof which will not only increase your properties curb appeal but also significantly extend the life of your roof.  While we're up there will give you a free gutter inspection and cleaning!

2 POWER WASHING
How does your siding look? The house wash product we use not only cleans siding but also kills mold. We guarantee your home will stay clean for at least a year! Mold grows in winter, so a house wash once a year, right after or just before winter will keep your property gleaming all year long. While we're at it, we can also clean your driveway, walkways, patios and porches. Does your fence or deck need a little TLC? We can power wash mold, mildew, dirt and grime off of all sorts of surfaces, using the appropriate pressure & products. We also offer various sealing, staining and painting services to restore dilapidated surfaces and protect them for years to come!

3 WINDOW CLEANING 
Whats the point of a clean house if you can't look out of spotless windows? :) Most of our customers have their windows cleaned twice a year: Exterior only in the spring and both the interior & exterior in the fall. Once we wash your home & clean your windows, you will notice that your windows will remain spot free even after it rains! This is because we mix a sealing wax in our water when we wash your home and windows. The wax is invisible and makes your windows & siding 'hydrophobic, giving them residual protection from any spotting and staining. Thats why our maintenance plan members have clean windows and siding through out the year!

4 EXTERIOR SURFACE COVERING
Cleaning is just the first step of surface restoration. The sun, rain and other elements continuously degrade exterior surfaces. These surfaces must be adequately protected or covered. Surface covering is the application of a coating on cleaned and prepped surfaces to provide protection and aesthetic enhancement. We can seal asphalt, brick, concrete etc... Wood features like fences, decks and patio furniture can also be sanded and stained using special stains and sealers. And finally, almost any surface can be painted. When high quality products are applied with the correct techniques. these coatings protect and enhance the surfaces they're applied too for years to come!

Summer

​MID JUNE - MID SEPTEMBER 
                   Here comes the sun! We've taken care of the exterior of your property during the spring. It's time to work on the interior.  This is the season to clean your carpets, since they'll dry faster with the air conditioning on! speaking of air-conditioning, it's also the best time to clean your ducts and driver vents. While were inside we can also take care of any floor cleaning or refinishing, Maybe Catch up with some interior painting? You give us shelter from the brutal heat so, as usual, we give you discounts!

1 DUCT CLEANING
Summer is one of the two seasons you use your air-conditioning the most. Indoor air quality is important! it's easy for dust and debris to accumulate inside your properties duct work. As ducts become clogged, air no longer circulates as it should, which can cause heating and cooling problems. And dust and debris accumulation isn’t good for the air you breathe. It is recommended to have your ducts professionally cleaned at least every two to three years. Our duct cleaning services include cleaning ducts, vents and flues. In the summer, we focus on air ducts and dryer vents and in the winter we can also clean your chimney flue to prevent creosote fires. 

2 CARPET CLEANING
Carpet is an excellent choice for flooring, it is extremely important that you properly care for the carpet with routine maintenance. Along with regular vacuuming and spot cleaning. It is recommended to have your carpets professionally cleaned at-least twice a year. In the winter, we recommend not only a deep cleaning, but also sealing. After cleaning, we will apply 'Scothguard', a carpet sealer which protects your carpets from spills and mud stains! It also makes the carpet easier to clean when the next service is due. Carpet is notorious for becoming a home for allergens & bacteria so in the summer, We recommend a light Shampoo to sterilize and revitalize the fibers. 

3 FLOOR CARE
While were inside cleaning your carpets, we can also care for your floors. Floor care includes the cleaning and restoration of your various non-carpeted areas. We know you care for your floors! you mop them and use different products to clean and restore them. However, we have professional equipment that deliver professional results! We can clean and seal wood floors, tile & grout, marble, vinyl tile and more... We can refinish wood floors with our sand-less refinishing process. We can also Sand and refinish your hard wood floors to make them look new again! We can restore the shine and original luster of your marble floors & more. What ever your needs, this is the time to address it.

4 INTERIOR SURFACE COVERING

Summer & winter is when we prefer to service your interior surface covering needs . Surface covering is the application of a coating on cleaned and prepped surfaces to provide protection and aesthetic enhancement. We can seal asphalt, brick, concrete etc... Wood features like fences, decks and patio furniture can also be sanded and stained using special stains and sealers. And finally, almost any surface can be painted. When high quality products are applied with the correct techniques. these coatings protect and enhance the surfaces they're applied too for years to come!

Fall

MID SEPTEMBER - MID DECEMBER 
                  Summer is over and we want your property to get ready for winter! In the fall we focus on protecting your exterior surfaces from the season that follows. In the fall we focus more on protecting the cleaned surfaces for the coming winter! recommend doing any exterior cleaning, Staining and painting during this time. The services we recommend for this season are similar to the spring.  We offer discounts to our maintenance plan members that book us for exterior services during the spring & fall seasons.

1 GUTTER CLEANING
We've cleaned your roof and/your gutters in the spring. Roof cleaning is only recomended every 2 to 4 years. However, gutters need to be cleaned up to 2 times a year. If not cleaned regularly, water accumulation as a result of full gutters and  clogged downspouts can cause extensive damage to roof boards underneath your asphalt shingles as well as the soffit and facia behind and underneath the gutters. Our maintenance plan members have decided to install durable gutter guards that filter debris from the water that goes into your gutters. Once we install the guards, we will inspect your gutters once a year when we're at your property for other services for free!

Winter

​MID DECEMBER - MID MARCH 
                 In the winter we transition our focus to interior services. In the fall, We've taken care of any exterior painting, staining or sealing  your property might need. In the winter, we mainly focus on interior services, not only because we'd rather be inside but also because this is the best time to address interior issues. Like summer, this is the time you use your chimney or air-conditioning more, it is the time you are most likely to drag soil on to carpets  & floors and its the time for interior painting because paint will dry quicker with your heat on!
