Traditional window cleaning
Traditional window cleaning involves the use of mops & squeegees to manually clean Interior/Exterior windows. It involves the use of tall ladders to reach high windows and is considered a somewhat dangerous, labor intensive and time consuming task. Nowadays, professional window cleaners only use this method for interior window cleaning or new construction cleanups. For all other cleanings, Pure water-fed cleaning is used. |
Water-fed pole cleaning
Pure water-fed pole cleaning is the modern, revolutionary way to clean windows! It involves the use of DI/IO filter-machines to filter the normally salt and mineral filled hard water that comes out of your spigot, to an almost zero-solids, soft water form. Your windows will dry spot free! It can closely be compared to a spot free car wash, and is applied using a carbon fiber pole and a polyester brush designed to agitate dirt off of glass. |

Window cleaning involves different methods for different types of windows, frames and screens. All types of windows can be cleaned effectively and efficiently using our process. We can clean divided pane/sash windows, casement windows, fixed windows, bays, storms and screens etc...
When it comes to our window cleaning services, we have a proprietary 5 step process!
1-Window prep We will remove all screens/storms unless we're only cleaning the exterior of your windows, in which case, we'll require you to remove the screens before hand. Even though you can choose not to, this would be the best time to clean your screens. The last thing you want is dirty screens covering clean windows!
2-Sill prep Removing the screens allows access to the window sills which will first be dry cleaned or vacuumed, then wiped down with a wet rag when replacing the screens. Most companies charge extra for sill cleaning. We include sill cleaning for all of our interior/exterior window cleaning jobs.
3-Screen cleaning Screens will be cleaned using a special brush for the screens and a wet rag for the frames. We can remove all dirt, dust and stains from screens. We can't remove paint drops, vines that are entangled or anything requiring scrapping. We can also patch holes or replace screens altogether for half the cost of buying a replacement.
4-Window cleaning After removing and cleaning the screens and sills. All windows will be thoroughly cleaned inside and out. The cleaning methods will vary depending on the cleaning package elected, the type & hight of the windows etc... We also offer minor window repair services like replacing broken single paned glass, caulking, reglazing, etc...
5-Replacement & final checks When done with the cleaning, we will replace all screens and/or storms removed. As we replace the screens we will clean tracks, wipe down sills, check for any spots or streaks on the windows, wipe down interior ledges etc...We will fix any issues before leaving.
